Beef / Mutton Rezala:
Meat recipes are available all over the world. Beef recipe is one of them. Beef is found all over the world.  beef contains protein. Everybody is fond of this recipe. Beef rezala is cooked in Bangladesh,Pakistan, Arabian countries etc. Most of the people like Rezala recipe. If you decide to prepare this recipe, first you have to buy the ingredients. All the ingredients are available all over the world. The cooking process of beef or mutton recipe is not very difficult. It will be a perfect recipe I think so. Green chillies increase its flavor. If you want, you can use saffron imitation. Before preparing this recipe, we have to follow the preparation procedure one by one. It is given below;


Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes


Ingredients:
*  Curry cut beef/mutton: 1 kg
*  Yogurt: 3 tablespoon
*  Onion paste: 3 tablespoon
*  Ginger paste: 1 tablespoon
*  Garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
* Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
* Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
*  Sugar: 1 teaspoon
*  Cardamom pod: 2
* Cinnamon stick:1"
* Bay leaves 1
* Green chillies: 8-10
 Oil: ½ cup
* Salt as needed

How to cook:
i) First we have to mix up all ingredients except chillies in a pan. We can preserve it for 1 hour.
ii) Now heat the stove. Cook it under closed lid till oil is separated.
iii) Add three cups water and green chillies.
iv) Cook it under closed lid on medium heat about 30-35 minutes or till meat becomes tender.
 Serve the hot rezala. We can eat it with rice, pullao , roti or paratha. So enjoy the fresh flavour of green chillies.
